I figure right around .500, so 8-9 wins.
There were lot of positives this year, not least of all finally getting a competent coaching staff.
The problem is there was (at least) 2 decades of mistakes to correct, Coach Pete is a damn good coach but impossible to correct everything in one year.
Add in roster churn and a defense that will be questionable all year long.

I'm at 11-7 or 10-8! Something feels special. That Commanders game as the third is going to be doozy. Shootout between Geno and Jayden. It will be interesting to see if defenses catch up to and on to Jayden a little more. Hoping there's a bit of a sophmore slump and we come out with a win!

No way but I say the same every year.
2 wins but now feel it'll be around 6.
I also said I feel this defense will be historical bad.
Worst corners in the league, LBs a question mark, DT are lacking as usual, Maxx and Koonce coming off surgeries fingers crossed, safety average at best. Tyree another miss.
Shoot we can't even sign high quality free agents without them blowing up in our face every year..Wilkins..aham
Last year we had 4 wins
Ill add
2 for coaching 6
2 for QB 8
2 for the new scheme 10
and 1win for Jeanty = 11 wins
Minus 5 for defense = 6 wins
Thats my over under 6
But I do like where the team is headed between Bowers, Jeanty and the coaches ability to build teams. I think we'll have one more bad season and things will begin to look up for us as long as they hit on the draft.
Also note in the off season im always glass empty but today I drank the Kool-aid.
Again. Suckered in from all the positive posts you's rats.
It's a tough league and every team had a draft and signed free agents.
Every team got better or worse.
So we took 2 steps forward,
or they took 2 steps back, or we all stayed the same. The latter equals 4-6 wins.
Hopeful im wrong about the QB play and it lifts us up the charts by 4 or 5 wins along with coaching for another 3-4.
In that case we're at 11 wins

WTH did I have 18 in my head?
It's ok. Don't all us boys add an extra one or two?

It could go either way. But only time will tell if this team passes the test of time.

I have been following closely the Raiders week 1 opponent and have been reading the same week after week...the O-Line is a problem that the Raiders can capitalize on....
Troubling report surfaces on Patriots' first-round rookie
By Jordan Sigler | Last updated Aug 2, 2025 9:01 AM ET
New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye might not feel comfortable with his blindside protection early in the upcoming season.
Following troubles at left tackle in 2024, the Patriots invested in the position by drafting LSU standout Will Campbell with the No. 4 pick in April's draft.
Per Chad Graff of The Athletic, Campbell has been trending down at training camp this summer.
"All eyes are on him every practice, which is a tough spot for a rookie," Graff wrote of Campbell. "So far, he’s been about what you’d expect from a rookie. He has some strong moments, particularly in the running game. But there have been struggles in the passing game. He’s been beaten for a sack in just about every practice, which isn’t great considering he’s usually on the field each practice for only 15 or so passing plays in full-team drills.
"He tends to get beaten to the inside after oversetting, and it probably doesn’t help that the Pats don’t yet know who their left guard is next to him. Still, extrapolate those numbers, and that’s allowing two sacks each NFL game if you throw the ball 30 times. Not great."
Graff believes the future is "bright" for Campbell, but doesn't think he will be a top-20 left tackle in 2025.
NFL scouts had questions before the draft about Campbell's 32⅝ inch (or 33 inches, depending on whether one believes the league or LSU) arm length. Some suggested he'd be better suited to play guard in the league than left tackle.
If Campbell continues to give up sacks, the Patriots might consider moving the 21-year-old to the interior part of the offensive line.
Per OurLads, Campbell is projected to win the left tackle starting job for Week 1. If Campbell doesn't develop quickly in the preseason, Maye's progress as a thrower in the pocket could take a hit in the upcoming season.

I hope it clicks in for him and he becomes an all-pro . . . . starting in Week 2.

Before the draft I talked about how Campbell's short arms made me not want to draft him. Well, good luck to him at guard.
