I get all the games and pretty much everything out there tv and movie wise one could want at pennies on the dollar. I don't believe I will ever see a game at Las Vegas or any other stadium for that matter for the amount of money and/or game day experience. And you know that is alright with me...

I figured out the best of both worlds on the last game for the Raiders in Oakland. I couldn't get tickets but the wife and I drove to the game with our neighbors who were season ticket holders. We enjoyed the tail gate experience from the moment the gates opened in the morning and then took BART home and turned on the TV a few minutes before kickoff. Wish I had done that for every home game previously. Show up, eat the best food in the world and drink as much as you wish and then be home crashing on the couch just before kick off and watch in comfort.

From a business and marketing perspective, absolutely. From team culture and identity standpoint, in my opinion, the Raiders have lost something.

For as much genius as he had, his ego really got in the way of what could have been true greatness for the Raiders. Leaving LA (over dispute with city officials) and how he handled the Gruden situation cost us dearly. Younger fans will never know how perfect the young Gruden was for this franchise. Mark definitely knew, it’s why he hired him back but too much time away from the game meant we’d never see that version of Jon again. Mark also tried to make Los Angeles happen but the league scoffed. Raiders should be in Los Angeles.
