Positional Spending.

NFLTR has been putting out the allocation of a teams spending based on position.. I'll post the link at the bottom for those that are interested in all teams....

For this exercise I'll post the #1 team and where the Raiders rank..

Kicking off a new series, we’ll be taking a look at spending rankings for every NFL position by team for the 2025 season. Dead cap hits from players who are no longer on the team do not count towards their positional spending, so Russell Wilson will not show up for the Broncos’ quarterback room despite carrying a dead cap hit of $32,000,000 for the year.

Losing organizations on the other hand, draft poorly, don't develop and often times pay out crazy contracts for players that don't pan out which leads to a constant turnover of rosters.

I think we were better than our record last year, we just had a clown running the show. I think we did pretty well addressing some holes this off season. We might have something if the receiving corps can play up.

I'm not upset with this year's draft/off season at all. But in the past, the picture has been bleek for the most part.

[/quote]Hopefully we did have a good draft when AP was the head coach and hopefully Pete Carroll draft picks will pan out…but Jon Gruden and McDaniel draft picks with the team has really been awful….I know Jacob and Crosby plus the LT were Gruden picks but most of his picks are not in the NFL anymore in which has killed the team…..
