Throw in the fact that our DL which was going to be our strength was absolutely decimated by injuries and he did a pretty darn good job.

I think there's a chance he ends up with a HC job somewhere before then, and I suspect Leonard may be the next DC and the timing would likely be more ripe for him to be a HC of the Raiders someday.

I don't think anything assures that Wilson will be a Raider, even if we add Bevell.

I want Maxx to stay, just don't jump through hoops in hiring coaches just to make him happy. If Graham returns, I'm sure he'll be happy and that's great. I'll be happy too.

I'm sure Pete will listen to what Maxx has to say, but at the end of the day.... Pete has the say.

The strength of the defense was up front. Before game one a starter was gone for the year. By the halfway point another was gone for the year. Throughout the entire season the defense was hung out to dry by the offense. Kept on the field from 3 and outs, put in shit situations from turnovers.

Koonce, Spillane & Moerigh are must resigns. If the Raiders can get Nick Bolton from KC I'd be all about that as well. Not as high on Hobbs but hes a good player. Rather go a cheaper route as you can't keep them all. That oline needs investment
